Orienta SpA, agenzia per il lavoro ricerca per nota università con sede a Roma zona Garbatella un/a: Enrollment and Student Services Officer Supports the promotion programs by recruiting and counseling candidates and ensuring follow-up throughout the enrollment and admissions process. Contributes to the organization of on-campus and online promotional events. Key purpose of the role -

Enrollment – Ensures an efficient enrollment process through the qualification of leads from the CRM system (Salesforce); supports follow-up activities with prospective students and provides administrative support to facilitate the enrollment process. -

Admissions and Counselling – Supports the admissions process and organizes interviews with prospective students and their families to facilitate enrollment. -





Reporting – Supports the production of a weekly report on generated leads and pipeline status. -

Events – Supports all activities related to the organization of on-campus and online promotional events (open days, admission tests).
