Work Flexibility: Field-basedThe Job's MissionAt Stryker, we're looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Joint Replacement division, supporting both traditional and robotic-assisted (Mako) procedures. This is a hands-on, field-based clinical role where you will work directly in the operating room, supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver best-in-class outcomes. You will play a key role in ensuring procedural excellence, driving adoption of advanced technologies, and supporting the growth of our business in Southern Italy, with a strong focus on Sicily.Joint Replacement Portfolio:What You Will Do* Provide on-site clinical support in the operating room during joint replacement procedures (manual and Mako robotic-assisted)* Deliver product training to surgeons, theatre staff, and broader healthcare professionals* Support and grow relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring a high level of service* Partner closely with the sales team and Regional Sales Manager to execute local strategy* Manage consignment stock and theatre inventory,



ensuring accurate tracking and availability* Lead and support product evaluations, trials, and clinical events* Organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations* Act as a trusted advisor, communicating product value and clinical application effectively* Monitor customer needs and collaborate with sales to identify new business opportunities* Maintain a structured approach to your territory through daily, weekly, and monthly planningMinimum Requirements* Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, or technical field* At least 4+ years of experience in healthcare* Experience in orthopaedics* Fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (minimum B2)* Willingness to travel extensively, including frequent flightsPreferred Experience* Experience with orthopaedic implants or joint replacement* Previous exposure to operating room dynamics* Experience in regulated environments (e.g.,
