We're recruiting for a high-impact pharmaceutical project located near Florence, with major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects.What you'll do:Conduct regular site inspections, identifying risks and ensuring safe working practices across construction activities.Monitor contractor compliance with HSE standards and intervene or escalate where required, including stop work authority.Manage non conformities and support corrective actions to ensure site safety performance.Support incident and near miss investigations, providing clear reporting to the Safety Director and stakeholders.What you'll need:Valid CSE qualification in line with D.Lgs. 81/08.Proven HSE experience within construction or industrial site environments.Strong experience with site inspections, risk assessments, and contractor safety management.Ability to work in a hands on, field based role with tempo pieno on site presence. xrdztoy Italian speaking.
