Join Cross Border Talents as a Freelance Recruiter and work with a global network of professionals across multiple markets. In this role, you will manage recruitment projects end-to-end, connecting clients with suitable candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing needs

This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity, allowing you to manage your workload independently.

Requirements





- Previous experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and online platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach
- Fluency in English
