You will own the sales strategy, revenue targets, and pipeline across priority institutions; map decision makers, build trusted relationships, and lead end-to-end captures and bids.Reporting to the Chief Government Officer, you will recruit, mentor a small team, negotiate consortium agreements and SoWs, and ensure successful handovers to programmes. xkiyazw
