- External Relations Assistant to work in the Front-Desk &
- Workforce Planning Unit of EFSA. - Provide support for activities put in place by EFSA to assist applicants in preparing dossiers for food and feed products requiring EFSA's evaluation
- Support the preparation of materials (e.g. visuals) for social media and other channels
- Contribute to the preparation and implementation of communication initiatives aimed at internal and external audiences.
Requirements: Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of media channels and social media
- Previous experience in stakeholder engagement and communication
- Behavioural competencies: high level of commitment, political savvy, intellectual horsepower and ability to work with others.
Assignment: initial contract of 3/4 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months.
Salary: approx. €2326 per month before taxes.
Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days. Please provide an English Europass template CV.
