Job Overview Sales supervisor responsible for achieving steady sales and increasing market share within the market while adhering to commercial policies
Key Performance Areas
- Setting the Distribution channel ’s short and long-term corporate objectives as related to revenue.
- Strategic initiatives to grow the overall account business.
- Set the sales forecast and market share is paramount.
- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
- Providing training and support to sales team members.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities.
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and operations.
- Reporting sales activities, results, and forecasts to senior management.
Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a distribution Sales Supervisor or in a similar role
- Ability to interpret sales data, perform sales forecasting, and make data-driven decisions
Skills
- 2-4 years of experience working in the same field.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with customers, and internal teams.
- strong problem-solving skills ,Should be a risk-taker, collaborator and aspirational.
- Proven excellence in effectively engaging with executive level leaders (internal and external) and
- third-party integrators and channel partners.
- Strong working knowledge of Google tools.
