We are currently seeking a Commodity Manager to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!
We are seeking a motivated and curious Junior Commodity Manager to join Vertiv’s Procurement team. This is an ideal opportunity also for recent graduates interested in developing strong skills in sourcing, supplier management, and cost analysis, while learning within a global technology leader
What kind of work will you be doing?
- Support development of commodity strategies.
- Conduct basic market research and cost benchmarking.
- Assist in supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance.
- Prepare analyses and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What will make you successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and interest in procurement.
- Fluent in English.

The anticipated salary range for this role in Piove di Sacco, (PD) is between 38.000€ to 50.000€ gross per year (based on a full-time working week). Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits. Where applicable, a comprehensive overview of the full benefits package and any additional compensation will be provided during the recruitment process in accordance with local legal requirements. Compensation is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
The applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for this role is Metalmeccanico Industria.
