Ford Automotive Service Technician – Naples, FL

$28–$38/Flat Rate | Guarantee on Hours | Benefits from Day One

We’re hiring a Ford Certified Automotive Service Technician to join our high-performing team of technicians in Naples, FL. This is a very busy, well-equipped Ford dealership where techs are consistently billing 50–80 hours per week. We’re looking for true A–B Level Technicians with strong diagnostic and electrical skills who want to be part of a professional, high-volume, and well-supported operation.

What We’re Looking For:

- Ford-certified or OEM-trained A–B level technician
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills

- Valid driver’s license and all required certifications
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
