Our client, a B2B and B2C importer and distributor of electronic and non-electronic products and devices for home health, has entrusted us with the search for a:

REGULATORY AFFAIRS ANALYST The mission of the position is to accompany the approval of the different products that the company imports, in the different regulatory entities of LATAM.

It will be the link between the consulting firm that carries out the approval process, and will require the necessary information and documentation required by the different entities (ANMAT and various regulatory agencies in Latin America) and the headquarters abroad, where you will obtain what is required.

The position communicates with the headquarters in English, so advanced oral and written English is EXCLUSIVE.

Job Duties

-Identify, evaluate, apply and supervise international regulatory requirements for the LATAM market

-Ongoing plan and support region-specific approval projects, with availability to travel if necessary

-Participate in the creation,



review and maintenance of technical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

-Collect, translate and provide documentation to present to managers, consultants and authorities

-Communicate and collaborate with specialized departments in the headquarters, international suppliers and authorities of regulatory entities

-Present reports in Argentina and headquarters on the evolution of approvals

Requirements and conditions

-Desirable technical studies linked to electricity, electronics or health

-Desirable experience in tasks and basic knowledge of regulatory requirements

-High degree of autonomy to perform, strong communication skills, commitment, initiative and motivation

-EXCLUSIVE advanced oral and written English

-Advanced Intermediate Excel

-Schedule Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (hybrid with 2 days of home office)

-Palermo Work Area

-Remuneration with salary to be agreed and prepaid medicine
