Your tasks & responsibilities?
- Youplanthe filling and emptying of our mobile filters(industrial units filled with activated carbon) based on customer ordersandavailablestock, andscheduletheirtransportbetweenthe hub orwarehouses and customersand vice versa.
- Youcoordinatewithtransport partners and external warehousesto manage pick-ups and deliveries of filters and fresh activated carbon,adjusting plans when delays or changes occur.
- Youprepare and manage transport documents(e.g.shipping documents, delivery notes) to ensure smooth and compliantshipment.
- Youareapoint of contact for operational questionsfrom customers and internal stakeholders(e.g.the Italian internal and external sales teams, and thelogistics,warehousingand waste departments in Belgium).
Who are you?
- You haveaBachelor’sdegreeora diploma from anIstitutoTecnicoSuperiore.
- Youhave experienceinlogistics,operationsand/or supplychain.
- You have a perfect knowledge ofItalian and good knowledge ofEnglish.
- You are comfortable with digital tools and have a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with an ERP system is an asset.
