Compliance Manager – AOC Start-Up | Business AviationNEA is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join the management team responsible for establishing a new Business Aviation AOC in Italy.This is a key position within the project. The selected candidate will be the primary person responsible for building the compliance and regulatory framework of the company and will play a central role in taking NEA from the start-up phase through to AOC issuance.Main responsibilitiesLead the Compliance workstream for the creation of the AOCSet up the Compliance Monitoring SystemCoordinate the AOC certification process with ENACPrepare and maintain the required manuals, procedures and compliance documentationSupport audits, findings and corrective actionsWork closely with Operations, Safety,



Training and Continuing AirworthinessRequirementsPrevious direct involvement in the creation and certification of an AOCExperience in an aviation start-upProven experience dealing directly with ENACStrong knowledge of EASA Air OPSAbility to produce aviation manuals and procedures from scratchFluent Italian and EnglishAbility to work independently and take ownership of the certification processPrevious Business Aviation experience will be considered a strong advantageWe are looking for someone who has already done this before and can become one of the key figures in the development of NEA’s future AOC operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
