Product Manager - Simcenter STAR-CCM+ | User Experience & Automation
In this role you drive the long-term strategy for user experience and automation within Simcenter STAR-CCM+. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market needs into product direction and educate the field on new features. You work with development to prioritize and plan releases, ensuring value is delivered in future production versions.
You also craft go-to-market materials and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders. This position offers global scope, travel, and the chance to shape engineering innovation through CFD-driven simulations.

- Identify user and market requirements with support and customers to accelerate engineering innovation through UX and automation
- Collaborate with development teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver features for future releases
- Report progress of STAR-CCM+ releases to internal stakeholders and customers with sales and marketing
- Build go-to-market materials to promote STAR-CCM+ benefits internally and externally
- MSc or PhD in engineering with proven industrial experience in simulation or software environments
- Deep knowledge of industrial CFD and user experience
- Experience in Technical Product Management is an advantage
- Understanding of SaaS and Cloud technologies is an advantage
- CAD and other CAE software experience is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Highly motivated, initiative-taking, and able to work independently and in teams
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%)
