Today, xFarm products are already used by more than 420 thousand farms on more than five million hectares, in Europe and South America.Now it's time to accelerate and we need you!We are looking for a skilled and proactive Mobile App Developer to join our Engineering team and support our fast growth across all the countries we operate in. You will work closely with the Tech Area Owner and the mobile team, building and evolving the apps that connect hundreds of thousands of farmers to our Smart Farming ecosystem.Your MissionMobile App Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using modern Flutter (e.G. 3.35+) and Dart, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience across both iOS and Android platforms, with clean code and a hexagonal architecture that keeps domain logic isolated from frameworks and I/O; Real-Time Data & Connectivity: Work with reactive programming and asynchronous data streams to handle real-time data flows; experience with Bluetooth connectivity and devices such as data-loggers transmitting geolocated data is a plus; API Integration: Integrate mobile applications with internal and external RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to deliver complete and robust features; Code Review, CI/CD & Release Management: Actively participate in code reviews and CI/CD pipelines (e.G. Jenkins or GitLab CI) to automate builds, testing and deployment, along with release handling and store publishing (App Store / Play Store); Testing and Optimization:
Implement and maintain testing frameworks (e.G. Maestro, Mockito) and conduct performance profiling to ensure quality, stability and efficiency across devices; Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Tech Area Owner, Product Area Owner, designers, backend developers and QA teams to define requirements and deliver mobile applications that meet both user and business needs; Agile Development: Participate in Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, demos and retrospectives to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.Be part of a young, smart and digital environment; Work closely with the founders and top management; Play a key rolein the technical evolution of a fast-growing Smart Farming platform used across Europe and South America; Opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.QualificationsSolid experience in developing mobile applications with Flutter and Dart; Solid experience with reactive programming and asynchronous data streams — this is a core requirement, as the role deals with real-time data flows; Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs, both internal and external; Familiarity with CI/CD tools, code review practices and app store release processes; Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development is a plus; Experience withBluetooth connectivity and real-time device data is a plus; Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.Complete the ProfileAutonomy and proactivityComfortable working with non-technical stakeholdersAnalytical mindsetGoal orientationCompensationRAL: €40.000 - €45.000 (commensurate with experience)Other InformationxFarm Technologies is a company that is committed to creating a work environment where diversity and inclusiveness are critical to the well-being and growth of all employees.This role operates in a hybrid work model, combining office presence and lavoro da remoto.#J-18808-Ljbffr
