ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for the design and technical management of construction projects, from the development phase through to execution, supporting the team in all design and coordination activities. /ph3Responsibility /h3ulliDesign and development of technical solutions for construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial). /liliManagement of the design process, from the preliminary phase to implementation, including the drafting of specifications and technical documentation. /liliCollaboration with other professionals (architects, surveyors, technicians) to ensure the integration of the various project components. /liliManagement of the bureaucratic procedures, authorizations, and permits required to carry out the work. /liliCoordination with the construction site to verify the technical suitability of the materials and methodologies used. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Civil Engineering or similar. /liliExperience in the construction sector, preferably in design or construction companies. /liliAdvanced knowledge of design software (Autocad, Revit, etc.) and structural calculations. /liliExcellent knowledge of building and safety regulations. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
