Our teams design, engineer, and build next-generation solutions to create a more agile, intelligent, and connected supply chain. /p pWe are looking for a bFrontend Software Engineer (Junior or Senior) /b to help us bbuild from scratch the next generation LEA Reply frontend /b. This is a product organization: you’ll work on a mission-critical platform used by international clients, with real ownership and long-term impact. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul libFrontend Engineering /b – Design and build composable, maintainable UI applications and shared libraries using bReact /b and bTypeScript /b, with strong attention to quality, architecture and developer experience, as this framework will provide core components that will be used to compose complex applications. /li libFrontend Platform / Framework /b – Contribute to the bcore frontend framework /b and architecture that powers multiple enterprise applications (design system,
shared components, routing patterns, state management, auth, API integration patterns). /li libProduct Ownership Impact /b – Take ownership of features and foundational initiatives from early design through delivery, continuously improving usability, maintainability, and consistency across the suite. /li libEngineering Excellence /b – Drive code quality through reviews, testing strategy, performance profiling, accessibility, security best practices, and CI/CD automation. /li libProblem Solving /b – Tackle ambiguous, cross-cutting problems across UI, domain complexity, and integration constraints, balancing speed, quality, and risk in an enterprise context. /li libCross-Functional Collaboration /b – Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and backend engineers to translate business needs into clear technical solutions and deliver iteratively. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 h3For Junior candidates /h3 ul liExposure to bReact /b (academic, personal, or internship projects are fine). /li liWillingness to learn engineering best practices: testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and clean architecture. /li liClear communication and a growth mindset: curiosity, ownership, and openness to feedback.
/li /ul h3For Senior candidates /h3 ul liStrong experience shipping production-grade frontend applications with bReact /b and bTypeScript /b. /li libFrontend system design /b skills: reusable patterns, modular architecture, API contracts, performance strategies, and maintainability trade-offs. /li libQuality Team Enablement /b: monitor and raise product quality through bcode reviews /b, bmentoring junior engineers /b, and shared engineering standards. /li libStrong organizational skills /b (planning, prioritization, execution) with a bstrong target/outcome focus /b to drive initiatives to completion. /li liAbility to lead technical decisions across teams and drive initiatives end-to-end, aligning stakeholders on outcomes. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with bdesign systems /b and component libraries (theming, tokens, accessibility, documentation). /li liExperience with frontend btesting /b (unit/integration) and observability for UI (monitoring, error tracking, performance). /li liFamiliarity with enterprise concerns: authentication/authorization flows, multi-tenant apps, role-based UI, internationalization. /li liInterest in (or exposure to) backend concepts and API design (microservices, contracts, versioning). /li /ul h3Where you’ll work /h3 pOur organization follows a bhybrid work model /b, where employees can work remotely or from the office based on the demands of specific tasks and personal work preferences.
