We are committed to providing top-notch legal services to our clients and are eager to welcome a highly skilled attorney to help us continue our tradition of excellence. We are looking to fill this position in the following locations: Columbus (Polk Co., NC), Marion (McDowell Co., NC), Lincolnton (Lincoln Co., NC), Waynesville, (Haywood Co., NC), Charlotte (Mecklenburg), and Brevard (Transylvania Co., NC).brstrongResponsibilitiesbr/strongulliRepresent clients in various transactional matters, including but not limited to wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations LLCs, non-profit 501 (3), and intellectual property litigation /liliManage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients /liliConduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions,
