and special requests to the kitchen /li liFollow cycle time guidelines for all meals /li liMaintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day /li liInspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use /li liFollow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines at all time /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liLegal right to work in Italy; valid work permit for full‑time role (40 hours/week) /li liFluent in English and Italian /li liUnderstanding of FB operations and luxury hospitality /li liPositive outlook and outgoing personality /li liGreat conversational skills and teamwork-oriented /li liExperience in the same role in fine dining restaurants would be an advantage /li liIdeally, knowledge of Micros /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 pAbility to move and lift up to 25 lbs.; standing, sitting or walking for extended periods; professional appearance in a clean uniform required.
