while supporting product performance analysis and merchandising actions. /li liCoordinate day‑to‑day activities with cross‑functional teams including IT, Retail, Merchandising, Client Service and local business stakeholders. /li liSupport the planning, testing and rollout of new digital functionalities. /li liPerform data validation and quality checks to ensure consistency across systems and markets. /li liSupport merchandising activities through product performance analysis, assortment optimization and execution of promotional calendars and special commercial initiatives across different brands. /li /ul h3Knowledge Skills /h3 pMinimum 3 years of experience in E‑commerce, Digital or Online Merchandising. /p pStrong analytical mindset with experience working with digital KPIs and business performance analysis. /p pAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data analysis). /p pKnowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Adobe, etc.). /p pStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. /p pAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. /p pHands‑on attitude with excellent problem‑solving skills. /p pExperience in e‑commerce merchandising and product performance analysis are considered a plus. /p pAbility to work effectively with cross‑functional and international teams. /p pEnglish B2 or above, both written and spoken. /p pRAL €33,000 – €38,000 /p pPrada Group promotes an inclusive work environment, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or other personal characteristics.
