ph3Riepilogo posizione /h3 pThe Accounting Specialist will operate within a multinational and fast‑evolving environment, working closely with local and global Finance teams, supporting period‑end closing activities and contributing to the continuous enhancement of accounting processes through digital transformation, innovation and operational excellence. /p h3Responsabilità essenziali /h3 ul liGeneral Ledger accounting /li liFixed Assets accounting /li liBalance sheet reconciliations /li liEnsuring accuracy, compliance and timely financial reporting. /li /ul h3Requisiti di posizione /h3 ul li3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for complex and multinational matrix organization companies /li liStrong knowledge of General Ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations /li liProven experience in Fixed Assets accounting and depreciation processes /liliGood knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards; IFRS knowledge is considered a plus /li liExperience supporting month‑end and year‑end closing activities /li liAdvanced in English (frequent interaction with global teams and international stakeholders), Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Onestream) /li liStrong analytical capabilities and ability to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity (attention to detail) /li liProactive mindset with the ability to independently identify issues and implement effective solutions /li liAdaptability and willingness to thrive in a continuously changing business environment /li liStrong interest in digital transformation, process automation, and the application of Artificial Intelligence solutions within Finance processes /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills with both local and international stakeholders /li /ul pWe offer a gross annual salary starting from €31,800, commensurate with the candidate’s actual professional experience, in addition to variable compensation and a company welfare plan. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
