ppWe are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Corporate Development Manager to join our Finance Team, reporting directly to the CFO and working on funding, strategic finance and growth initiatives. /ppThis is an operational role with high ownership, where the candidate will not only contribute to strategic decisions, but will also directly execute financial models, investor materials and fundraising processes. The position plays a key role in shaping the company’s equity story and supporting capital raising and growth initiatives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild, maintain, and update detailed financial models supporting the business plan, long-term projections and valuation /liliActively prepare and manage investor decks, financial presentations and data rooms for equity and debt fundraising /liliExecute fundraising processes, including investor outreach, QA management, and follow-ups /liliTranslate strategic and operational inputs into clear, consistent financial assumptions /liliAnalyze investment cases, growth initiatives and strategic opportunities with a deal-oriented mindset /liliSupport due diligence activities, transaction execution and documentation /liliWork cross-functionally to ensure financial, operational and strategic alignment /li /ulh3What You Have /h3ulli3–4 years of experience, mainly in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory /liliAcademic background in Economics, Finance, or related fields /liliStrong hands-on expertise in financial modeling, business planning,



cash flow forecasting and valuation /liliProven experience in preparing and managing materials for equity and debt investors /liliHighly execution-oriented, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams /liliComfortable working closely with C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment /liliFluency in English; additional European languages are a plus /liliLearning Friday. The typical salary for this role ranges between € 60.000 and € 70.000. Additionally, depending on your seniority and your performance, you'll have the opportunity to receive stock options, with a variable value calculated from your base salary,
