Together, we can make an impact! /p h3Job Scope /h3 pResponsible for the correct execution of maintenance work and complex projects, collaborating with other company functions for the definition and compliance with technical specifications. /p h3Key Duties And Responsibilities /h3 pEnsures the proper technical execution of work while respecting planned costs and safety, health, and environmental requirements. /p ul liProvides consultancy in their area of expertise regarding improvements to existing equipment; /li liIs responsible for scheduling and performing maintenance activities, including those assigned to external companies, for the plants (from budget requests to work execution); /li liEnsures compliance with safety, health,



and environmental prescriptions within their activities and ensures machinery compliance with safety regulations; /li liEnsures the drafting and management of the technical documentation of the plants in accordance with Mandatory Regulations; /li liIs able to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical diagrams; /li liManages validation and calibration activities of the plants under their responsibility, including management of procurement contracts; /li liVerifies requirements related to new process equipment with a focus on their energy efficiency; /li liActively participates in design phases through engineering companies, following installation, commissioning, and qualification activities; /li liContributes to defining actions deriving from changes and deviations (CAPA, risk analysis, etc.) on existing systems and participates in the development of new projects; /li liIdentifies innovative solutions capable of improving the work environment and daily operational productivity; /li liEstablishes and agrees with production/logistics managers the timing and priority of interventions on the various plants; /li liEnsures control and effectiveness of contractor activities and compliance with legislative, contractual, and technical regulations; /li liHandles energy efficiency, verifying the maintenance of optimal conditions on equipment and plants, and researches improvement solutions; /li liKeeps updated on technical and plant engineering developments in the market; /li liCollaborates on the development of projects related to buildings and plants, following and monitoring their execution. /li /ul h3Education, Experience, And Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree /li liMechanical Engineering or Energy Engineering /li liAt least 3 years of experience in project management and maintenance within complex organizations is required /li liDefinition of objectives, timelines, budget, and resources. /li liSolid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, energy, or plant engineering. /li liAbility to interpret technical drawings (PID, electrical and pneumatic diagrams). /li liKnowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.



/li liFamiliarity with techniques such as FMEA, RCA, and condition monitoring. /li liPerformance analysis (MTBF, MTTR, OEE). /li liKnowledge of HSE (Health, Safety Environment) regulations. /li liManagement of work permits, operational risks, and plant compliance. /li liDrafting of technical specifications. /li liTechnical and economic evaluation of vendor proposals. /li liSupervision of external contractors during shutdowns and on-site activities /li liConflict management, negotiation, and facilitation. /li liAbility to identify effective and sustainable solutions. /li liEffective communication with technicians, engineers, suppliers, and management. /li liDrafting of technical reports and documentation. /li liAbility to assess technical and economic KPIs. /li liData-driven decision making. /li liAdaptability and ability to implement new technologies, tools, and processes. /li liFluent in written and spoken Italian and English /li /ul pDiasorin is an equal opportunity employer.
