With a proactive and dynamic approach, the role will contribute, together with the key reference figures (Employer, HS Manager / RSPP, Safety Managers and Supervisors), to ensuring a working environment in which Health and Safety are at the core of every activity. This will be achieved by acting directly on working conditions and behaviors and by contributing to the development and dissemination of a strong safety culture, where safety is considered a priority over any other parameter. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liRisk assessment activities and preparation of the required risk evaluation documentation in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08 /li liAnalysis and management of Near Misses and UA and UC events /li liInspection and analysis of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment /li liParticipation in the development and updating of emergency plans /li liPeriodic execution of internal safety audits /li liImplementation of the SIS (Stellantis Industrial System)
methodology with regard to safety-related activities /li liManagement and coordination of health and safety training delivery in the workplace /li liSupport in the management of activities related to health surveillance and supplier management /li liUpdating of reference documentation in line with current regulations and best practices /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liCompletion of Module A and Module B qualification required to hold the ASPP (Assistant Health and Safety Prevention Officer) role /li liRequired knowledge and ability to apply applicable health, safety and environmental legislation (Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments) /li liBachelor's Degree in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace /li liBachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Mechanical Engineering /li liSolid professional experience of at least 3–5 years in managing EHS aspects within complex industrial organizations, preferably operating in the applied mechanics sector /li /ul h3City /h3 pVerrone /p h3Minimum level of experience required /h3 p3 to 5 years /p h3Organisation /h3 pJoining us means joining a global company.
