Zenith Global is seeking an bAnalyst /b to support the analysis and reporting of securitisation transactions. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and issue Payment Reports, Investor Reports, ESMA Reports, and all other reporting required under the agreements governing securitisation transactions. /li liDevelop a thorough understanding of the assigned securitisation transactions, managing day‑to‑day activities related to the Calculation Agent role and proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues. /li liReview transaction documentation, focusing on provisions relevant to the Calculation Agent, and discuss comments or amendments with transaction counterparties and external legal advisors. /li liDesign and develop reporting templates in accordance with transaction documentation, including (but not limited to) Payment Reports and Investor Reports. /li liSupport the Master Servicer in preparing the periodic Servicer Reports, providing the Calculation Agent’s contribution on the performance of the managed securitisation transactions in line with internal procedures and reporting deadlines. /li liPerform data calculations and analysis to support other business functions.
