Joining us meansjoininga truly global community ofmore than36 300 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact. /p pTogether with the bTalent Management team and the HR Business Partner /b,as bHRstagiaire (3+3 months duration) /b, you will performthe following activities: /p ul liSupport btalent development initiatives /b dedicated to specific Communities in terms of development actions and training (e.g. DI initiatives, Learning tutorship) /li liSupport brecruiting and selection /b activities for Staff Functions /li liMonitor bKPIs (Key Performance Indicators) /bfor Talent Activities at Country Level /li libSupport the Italy HR community /b in the deployment of the People Management Cycle process and/or other development process/actions /li liSupport bemployer branding initiatives /b and, in particular,
