p h3Events Specialist (Senior) /h3 pJoin to apply for the bEvents Specialist /b role at bIDC /b. /p pbType of contract: /b 8‑month contractbr/bLocation: /b Italy – Milan, Hybrid /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liEnsure high‑quality delivery of IDC events, managing logistics, speakers, partners, and delegates /li liOversee financials to ensure event profitability /li liExecute marketing activities (event websites, email campaigns, telemarketing) /li liCollaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and maximize delegate attendance /li liWork closely with sales teams and other lines of business /li liBuild and maintain strong, long‑term relationships within the market /li liAttend events in person across Italy /li /ul h3We Are Looking For Someone Who /h3 ul liHas 3+ years of end‑to‑end event management experience /li liBrings an entrepreneurial, motivated, assertive, and collaborative mindset /li liPossesses strong project management and organizational skills /li liHas business‑level English proficiency /li liIs skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word /li liHolds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience /li liNice to have: Experience with Email Marketing tools (e.g., Cvent, Adestra) /li /ul pWe are looking forward to your application!
