The role is responsible for elevating dealer, distributor, and integrator capabilities through advanced training, system design guidance, and hands‑on technical support—ensuring that McIntosh and Sonus faber systems are consistently delivered to the highest performance standards. /ppBeyond technical expertise, the specialist acts as a trusted advisor throughout the luxury client journey—working directly with high‑net‑worth clients, architects, designers, and consultants to support system design, product selection, and project execution. This position plays a critical role in influencing successful sales outcomes by ensuring technical credibility, confidence, and excellence at every stage of the project lifecycle. /ph3Roles Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and deliver training across product architecture, system design, installation, and calibration. /liliExecute training via workshops, certifications, and onboarding programs. /liliSupport scalable training frameworks across EMEA markets. /liliProvide pre‑sales technical support and client advisory, supporting system design, product selection, and technical planning. /liliEngage directly with luxury clients, architects, and consultants to translate technical solutions into client‑relevant benefits. /liliLead system setup, calibration, and optimization for system commissioning. /liliSupport flagship installations, demonstration spaces, pop‑ups, events, and temporary brand activations. /liliProvide post‑sales technical support, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,
