We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Health Safety Department while upholding our core bvalues of beauty, ethics, and sustainability /b. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSupports the Head of Prevention and Protection Service and the Health Safety team in ensuring the correct application of occupational health and safety regulations, with particular focus on the management of temporary and mobile construction sites and activities carried out by contractors and self‑employed workers, in compliance with Title IV of Legislative Decree 81/08 /li liEnsure the correct application of D.Lgs. 81/2008 and s.m.i. through the continuous collaboration with the Prevention and Protection Service. /li liHelp to prepare the risk assessment and procedures of the Management System in accordance with Italian National Standardization Body (UNI) European Norm (EN) International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 45001:2023 /li liManage ITP (technical professional suitability) of external companies /li liManagement, preparation and maintenance of the documentation required by the safety regulations /li liContribute to the management and implementation of the prevention and safety at work program, in compliance with the standards of plants,
machinery and products /li liIn collaboration with the Responsible formulate the intervention plans, ensuring the application of prevention and protection measures /li liConduct periodic site inspections to identify any hazards and risks, and monitor compliance with the rules, identifying possible improvement actions /li liProvide training to employees on the correct use of safety equipment and emergency procedures /li liSupport the Manager in managing any emergencies and workplace investigations; work with local authorities and bodies on occupational safety /li liConduct accident investigations to identify causes and recommend corrective measures (root causes analysis) /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liSkills in verifying the technical and professional suitability of subcontractors/suppliers pursuant to Title I, Article 26 and Title IV, Article 90 of Legislative Decree no. 81 of April 9, 2008 /li liDegree in Workplace Prevention Techniques and training courses from Addetto/a al servizio di prevenzione e protezione (ASPP) /li liAt least 2 years' experience in HSE or safety and prevention /li liExcellent communication and relationship skills /li liAbility to work independently and in teams /li liGood problem solving and analysis skills /li liPrecision /li liAbility to learn /li liAnalytical and organisational skills /li liProactive /li liKnowledge of occupational health and safety legislation /li liGood knowledge and mastery of the office package /li liFluent of English /li /ul h3Why You Will Love Working With Us /h3 pAt Davines Group, we may not be perfect, but we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring environment where we grow together.
