ppAre you a skilled Integration Interface Manager who can oversee complex technical interfaces and ensure full alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations? /p pAre you looking for your next challenge? /p pHill International is seeking an experienced bIntegration Interface Manager /b to support the execution of a major oil gas development project. The project will be managed from Assago, and the successful candidate will be required to have the right to work in Italy. /p pAs the Integration Interface Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all technical and execution interfaces between multiple contractors, project packages, and stakeholders. This role acts as the central link between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, third parties, and regulatory bodies to ensure safe, efficient, and fully integrated project delivery. /p h3Roles and Responsibilities /h3 h3Interface Management Planning /h3 ul liDevelop and implement the Project Interface Management Plan in alignment with PMC and client procedures. /li liEstablish the Interface Register to log all internal and external interface points, responsibilities, and deadlines. /li liDefine interface control procedures and communication protocols between contractors, vendors, and stakeholder /li /ul h3Coordination Integration Oversight /h3 ul liFacilitate regular interface coordination meetings between EPC/EPIC contractors, licensors, vendors, and client teams.



/li liEnsure technical and execution interfaces are identified early and resolved in a timely manner. /li liIntegrate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, and construction sequences to eliminate scope gaps or overlaps. /li liCoordinate tie - in and hook - up plans between different facilities and packages. /li /ul h3Technical Data Deliverables Control /h3 ul liMonitor the flow of technical data, drawings, and documents between interface parties. /li liEnsure design changes in one package are communicated and approved across all affected scopes. /li liVerify alignment of specifications, codes, and standards at interface boundaries. /li /ul h3Schedule Integration Milestone Tracking /h3 ul liWork closely with the PMC planning team to integrate interface milestones into the master /li liTrack critical interface dates and highlight risks of delay to PMC management. /li liEnsure readiness of interface deliverables before construction or commissioning handover points. /li liMaintain an Interface Issues Log with status tracking and escalation paths. /li liIdentify risks to schedule, cost, and quality due to interface misalignment and propose mitigation measures.



/li liSupport resolution of contractual disputes related to interface responsibilities. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liCoordinate with host facilities, joint venture partners, port authorities, utility providers, and government agencies for cross - boundary interfaces. /li liManage integration with operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth start - up and handover. /li /ul h3Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent). /li li15+ years oil gas project experience, with at least 5 years in PMC or client - representative interface management roles. /li liProven experience in EPC/EPIC project execution, including offshore, subsea, and onshore facilities. /li liExperience in Operation and offshore SIMOPS management /li liStrong understanding of engineering design, construction, and commissioning processes in the oil gas sector. /li liFamiliarity with interface management tools and software. /li liExperience in integrated mega - projects involving multiple EPC packages. /li liKnowledge of risk - based interface management and advanced coordination methods. /li liExposure to FIDIC or similar EPC contract structures regarding interface clauses. /li liUpdated Interface Register and Issues Log. /li liWeekly and monthly interface status reports for the client. /li liAgreed and tracked interface milestones within the master schedule. /li liInterface closure certificates before handover between contractors or phases. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
