The successful bElectrical Construction Manager /b will manage Electrical Supervisors, Site Engineers, subcontractors, specialist vendors and construction activities while ensuring all electrical installations are delivered safely,



efficiently and in accordance with project specifications. /p pWorking on a landmark bHyperscale Data Centre /b, the bElectrical Construction Manager /b will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, energisation and commissioning activities while driving programme delivery and construction excellence. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pElectrical Construction Management Data Centre Delivery /p ul liLead the successful delivery of all bElectrical Building Services /b across a major bHyperscale Data Centre /b, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are consistently achieved. /li liManage the complete site execution of Electrical packages while coordinating Electrical Supervisors, Site Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and specialist vendors throughout the bData Centre /b construction lifecycle. /li liDevelop short-term construction programmes, resource plans and installation strategies to ensure efficient project delivery and milestone achievement. /li /ul h3Electrical Engineering Technical Coordination /h3 ul liManage the installation and coordination of: LV, MV and HV Electrical Infrastructure, Transformers, Switchgear, UPS Systems, Standby Generators, Busbar Systems, Cable Containment, Cable Installation Terminations, Power Distribution, Lighting Small Power, Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, Structured Cabling, Earthing Lightning Protection, BMS, EPMS, ICT Infrastructure /li liCoordinate engineering releases, design reviews, technical submittals, RFIs, BIM coordination, procurement schedules and long‑lead equipment to ensure seamless construction delivery. /li liEnsure all Electrical Building Services installations comply with project specifications, manufacturer recommendations and client standards. /li /ul h3Programme Construction Management /h3 ul liWork closely with Project Planners to monitor construction progress, maintain critical path activities and implement recovery strategies where required. /li liCoordinate daily construction activities across multiple work fronts, ensuring labour, plant, materials and subcontractors are fully aligned with the overall bData Centre /b programme. /li liChair daily coordination meetings, subcontractor reviews, planning meetings and interface workshops while resolving construction challenges proactively. /li /ul h3Health, Safety, Quality Commissioning /h3 ul liChampion a proactive Health Safety culture while ensuring compliance with Italian legislation, company procedures and client safety requirements across all Electrical Construction activities. /li liWork closely with QA/QC Engineers to ensure bInspection Test Plans (ITPs) /b, inspections, cable testing, panel inspections, quality documentation and snagging activities are completed in accordance with project requirements.



/li liLead construction readiness for energisation, supporting bLevel 1-5 Commissioning /b, bIntegrated Systems Testing (IST) /b, functional testing, client demonstrations and final handover activities. /li liEnsure all electrical installations are completed to the highest quality standards before handover to Commissioning Teams. /li /ul h3Commercial Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liSupport the Electrical Project Manager and Commercial Team with procurement, cost control, subcontractor management, change management, productivity monitoring and commercial reporting. /li liMonitor subcontractor performance, labour productivity and construction outputs while ensuring programme milestones are achieved. /li liBuild strong working relationships with clients, consultants, commissioning specialists, utility providers, subcontractors and internal project teams while acting as the lead bElectrical Construction Manager /b for the project. /li /ul h3Candidate Requirements /h3 ul liDegree qualified in bElectrical Engineering /b, bBuilding Services Engineering /b, bConstruction Management /b, or possess a recognised Electrical trade qualification supported by significant construction management experience. /li lib7+ years' experience /b as an bElectrical Construction Manager /b, bElectrical Site Manager /b, bElectrical Project Manager /b, bElectrical Building Services Manager /b, bElectrical Contracts Manager /b, bSenior Electrical Engineer /b or similar leadership position within a Tier 1 Contractor or ME Contractor environment. /li liProven experience delivering major bData Centre /b, bHyperscale Data Centre /b, bMission-Critical /b, bPharmaceutical /b, bIndustrial /b, bSemiconductor /b or bAdvanced Manufacturing /b projects. /li liStrong technical knowledge of: Electrical Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Building Services, Data Centre Construction, Hyperscale Data Centres, Mission-Critical Construction, LV, MV HV Systems, Transformers, Switchgear, UPS Systems, Standby Generators, Busbar Systems, Cable Containment, Power Distribution, Lighting Small Power, Fire Alarm Systems, Structured Cabling, Earthing Lightning Protection, BMS, EPMS, Commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), Construction Planning, Contractor Management, Quality Assurance, Construction Sequencing /li liDemonstrated experience leading large multidisciplinary site teams while managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining programme, safety and quality objectives. /li liStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple high-value Electrical packages on complex bData Centre /b developments. /li liProficiency in bMicrosoft Office /b, bPrimavera P6 /b, bAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) /b, bBIM 360 /b, bProcore /b, bNavisworks /b and other digital construction management platforms. /li liEnglish fluency is essential.
