In this role, you will be the guardian of system resilience, focusing on performance, capacity, and high availability. You won't just find bugs; you will design the strategies that ensure our critical applications remain robust under pressure, translating complex Non‑Functional Requirements into actionable technical objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine, implement, and monitor comprehensive technical test plans focused on performance, capacity, and high availability. /li liDesign and execute automated technical tests using a modern stack including Python, Jenkins, Ansible, and Grafana. /li liBuild and maintain a suite of technical non‑regression tests to ensure long‑term stability and system integrity. /li liProvide detailed reporting using KPIs to communicate test coverage, execution results, and system health to stakeholders. /li liPartner with architects, developers, and system experts to identify bottlenecks and resolve complex technical issues. /li liOperate within Linux‑based environments and leverage AWS cloud platforms for sophisticated testing and deployment.



/li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in technical testing methodologies (Performance, Load, Stress, and High‑Availability). /li liProficiency in automation frameworks and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Python). /li liStrong hands‑on experience with Linux and AWS; experience with real‑time systems is a significant plus. /li liSolid understanding of system architectures, networks, and databases, with the ability to tune hardware/software parameters for peak performance. /li liFamiliarity with performance metrics such as response times, CPU consumption, and network latency. /li liExperience managing test scenarios in Xray and a background in Python (knowledge of C/C++ is a plus). /li /ul h3Why join Extia? /h3 pAt Extia, we firmly believe in our motto: "First Who, Then What."
