Move with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for an bInternational Logistics Distribution Specialist /b to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). You shall have a positive and proactive mindset, as you will play a crucial role in the premium customer journey, executing ‘order to cash’ processes in an accurate and timely manner and supporting the customer and sales teams in ensuring a seamless and well-communicated process flow. /p pThe role offers variety, empowering the team member to take ownership of the customer and relative processes from 'order to cash', of delivery management. We support a diverse range of customers, and each Customer Service Specialist works with assigned customer segments and territories, building close relationships with customers, the sales team and Service Centres.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liGuarantee precise and timely order processing from quote confirmation to billing /li liGuarantee to the customer a Premium Customer Experience, managing the customer touchpoints /li liFrictionless delivery planning and management through the logistic portal: delivery date management, DI job assignment activity closing /li liFree stock optimization and managing of Purchase Orders to HQ, when required, assuring the correct stock movement management /li liAssure accurate management of order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales to foresee backlog slippage /li liConstantly update IT systems with all relevant information collected during customer service activities /li liAssure the proper management of Technogym Care Activities, providing adequate feedback to customers' inquiries /li liManage a post-delivery survey in order to assess customers' satisfaction, proactively acting to solve any issue with the customer /li /ul h3About You /h3 pWe are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and proactive candidate, down-to-earth and ethical, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and strong time and workload management skills. /p pWhat you should bring: /p ul liBachelor's or master’s degree in foreign Languages, Economics,
International Relations or similar fields /li li2-5 years’ experience in Customer Service or Logistics areas /li liFluent in English (minimum level C1 CEFR), fluency in another language besides Italian is considered a plus /li liCustomer Caring and Customer Orientation /li liKnowledge of SAP – advance SD module use (preferred) /li liService business expertise /li liProject Management /liliFinancial Skills and Cost Management /li liNegotiation and solid communication skills /li liAdvanced Analytical Skills /li liAdvanced MS Office pack use, especially advanced Excel use /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €45,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
