ppPalazzo Parigi Hotel Grand SPA, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan, is seeking a Room Service Supervisor to join its staff. /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for: /pulliSupervising the shift and ensuring operational efficiency during service; /liliManaging department resources and maintaining LQA operational standards; /liliProcuring supplies in collaboration with the economics office; /liliCreating periodic staff schedules and coordinating with collaborators. /li /ulpThe ideal candidate will have: /pulliAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role and context; /liliExcellent organizational and coordination skills; /liliStrong English language skills; /liliA positive and customer-oriented attitude; /liliThe ability to work well in a team and achieve goals.



/li /ulpAdditional requirements include precision, problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of the Micros program.
