The program is structured into four progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives. Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are. From day one, you join ION on a full‑time permanent contract, carry real accountability on live projects, and are paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey. /ph3What You'll Do /h3pAcross phases, you will work at different stages of the product lifecycle — from discovery to launch — gaining exposure to a wide range of teams, challenges, and methodologies. Your work will include: /pulliConducting user interviews, usability tests,



and surveys to generate actionable insights /liliMapping user journeys and service blueprints to identify friction and improvement opportunities /liliDesigning wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups aligned to brand standards and user expectations /liliCollaborating with product managers, developers, and operations teams to deliver consistent end‑to‑end experiences /liliPresenting solutions, gathering feedback, and iterating based on real‑world data /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliMaster's degree in Product Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record /liliWritten and spoken English at B2 level or above /liliDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams /liliBased in Italy or willing to relocate; non‑EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit /li /ulpPursuant to Italian Law (L.68/99), candidates registered on the disability list will be given priority.
