You’ll manage and advise national and international investors and developers in all aspects of real estate law and you will work closely together with colleagues from the funds, finance and tax teams, assisting clients in identifying and implementing the most suitable structure for the realisation of real estate investments. /p h3Main duties and responsibilities /h3 pYou Will Be Working As Part Of Our Market Leading Real Estate Team And Will Undertake a Broad Variety Of Work That Will Cover Our Core Real Estate Services /p ul liAcquisitions, developments, disposals, as well as lease, construction and property management mandates /li liAdvising corporate clients and investment companies in the purchase, sale and lease of commercial real estate /li liCollaborating with colleagues from funds, finance, and tax to provide a 360 degree advice on all aspects of real estate investments /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liGraduated with excellent academic marks, and admitted to the Italian Bar /li liWe do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. However, we believe that candidates who have between 1 and 3 years’ PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role /li liExcellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English /li liService minded,
