Applicants must have a positive attitude and a proven record of excellence in teaching that incorporates evidenced-based practice in an engaging and supportive manner. All teaching staff at Geelong Grammar School play a significant role in enhancing the resiliency and well‑being of students through the delivery of Positive Education, based on the principles of Positive Psychology. /p h3What You Will Be Doing /h3 ul liSupporting the collaborative design of the Years 7-12 curriculum across English and Humanities /li liContributing to co-curricular programs and broader initiatives across the School’s campuses /li liParticipating in professional learning, reflective practice and continuous improvement activities /li liUndertaking administrative,



organisational and supervisory requirements /li liEnabling student wellbeing through pastoral care, relationship building and active engagement with families /li liOther duties as required commensurate with your teaching role /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liAn experienced educator with a strong teaching background in middle and/or senior years /li liThe ability to teach a combination of English and Humanities /li liPassionate about contemporary pedagogy and adolescent development /li liStrong curriculum design and planning skills /li liDemonstrated ability to build relationships with students, parents, staff and externals stakeholders /li liExcellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work across faculties and with external partners /li liStrong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail /li /ul h3Applications close at 12:00pm on 29 July 2026 /h3 pGeelong Grammar School is committed to the safety of all students and has a zero tolerance of student abuse.
