With thousands of employees worldwide, the company is recognised for delivering technical excellence and long-term value to its partners. /ppTo support the expansion of its Asset Management activities in Greece, our client is looking for a bTechnical Asset Manager (Greek English Speaker) /b. Reporting to the Senior Technical Asset Manager, you will act as the key technical interface between asset owners, local stakeholders and operational partners, ensuring the optimal performance of a portfolio of solar assets while protecting the client's interests. /ph3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3ulliManage the technical performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, primarily solar PV installations in Greece. /liliAct as the main point of contact between asset owners, operators, subcontractors and internal stakeholders. /liliMonitor operational and contractual performance, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory and HSE requirements. /liliAnalyse plant performance,
identify optimisation opportunities and coordinate corrective actions. /liliReview operational reports and present performance updates to clients. /liliCoordinate site inspections, technical audits and contractor activities when required. /liliHandle technical issues, claims and warranty-related matters. /liliBuild strong relationships with Greek subcontractors and international clients while representing the client's interests at all times. /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Asset Management business. /li /ulh3bProfile /b /h3ulliMinimum b3–5 years' experience in Technical Asset Management, /b Operations or OM contract management within the renewable energy sector. /liliStrong understanding of solar, wind and/or battery storage technologies. /lilibExperience managing external contractors and client relationship /bs in an international environment. /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex situations autonomously. /liliDiplomatic, resilient and confident communicator capable of influencing a wide range of stakeholders. /lilibFluent Greek and English /b (both written and spoken) are essential. /liliWillingness to travel occasionally to Greece and other European locations. /li /ulh3bWhat's on Offer /b /h3ulliApproximately b€45,000–50,000 /b base salary, depending on experience. /liliAnnual performance premio. /liliA genuine opportunity to join a fast-growing international renewable energy business offering strong career development and future progression into senior asset management positions. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
