The V&A; HR Talent Integration (VATI) Specialist will support the strategic non-standard integration planning and implementation of key Talent programs to ensure the effective acceleration of each transaction’s business case objectives. **Key Responsibilities** Working closely with the VATI Lead, the individual would be responsible for: - Supporting acquisition announcement preparations (prepare FAQs, set up communication transition site)
- Creating Employee Journey Map
- Providing coordination support for New Joiner Orientation
- Conducting pulse surveys - administration and analysis
- Supporting employee communication needs (e.g., prepare employee newsletters/postcards, monitor/update communication transition site (e.g. Yammer page),



prepare materials for Employee Info sessions, etc.)
- Tracking acquired joiner questions and helping with appropriate and timely responses
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years change management and/or project management experience on human capital change/implementation projects
- Mobility will be required (25%)
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours as required
- Excellent written and spoken English
