The primary role of the Analyst Credit ITALY is to support the credit granting process for their sub-region in ITALY. This role ensures that timely customer payments are made, sales losses are minimized, payment arrears are economically collected and sales orders are released. The Analyst Credit ITALY recommends credit limits and terms for new customers and conducts reviews for existing customers to optimize credit risk. This role gets guidance and support from their respective Lead Credit & Collection on complex activities, ad hoc requests,



as well as key issues in the execution of duties. **Key responsabilities include**:
Support on managing collections and disputes (e.g., processing adijstments, requesting and triggering writw-offs) Review receivables aging and account balances Liaise with customers and sales teams regarding payment matters (e.g., overdue payments) Evaluate and authorize credit limits Review and monitor customer payment histories Undertake dunning activities **About you**
- Master in Economics or similar
- Master in Business Administration preferred
- English business proficiency (written and spoken)
- Fluent Italian language written and spoken **Experience**: - Relevant credit/collections experience in a multinational environment (3-5 years)
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge or specific business understanding
- Knowledge of controlling and financial methodologies and reporting
