In this position you are part of a well-rehearsed and motivated team that is ready to go the extra miles with you! **Key Responsibilities**: - Assist with handling deliveries, including receiving, organizing, and distributing merchandise.
- Support the management of our showroom, ensuring that samples are displayed effectively and maintained in pristine condition.
- Assist with coordinating press samples loans, including tracking inventory, fulfilling requests, and coordinating returns.
- Provide logístical support for events and activations in Milan, including setup, coordination of vendors, and onsite assistance during events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operations and events.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall objectives of the team. **Experience & Key Competences**: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Event Management, or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative, with a passion for learning and professional development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software/tools is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
