This role focuses on producing high-quality, SCORM-compliant e-learning, instructor-led materials, and role-based learning paths that support SAP implementations, upgrades, and end-user enablement. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with practical SAP process knowledge to deliver clear, engaging, and business-aligned learning solutions.Key Responsibilities* Develop comprehensive SAP S/4HANA training materials, including user guides, process documentation, presentations,



and job aids.* Create SCORM-compliant e-learning modules and ensure compatibility across Learning Management Systems (LMS).* Design structured, role-based learning paths and curricula tailored to user personas and business needs.* Translate complex SAP processes into concise, learner-focused content.* Apply instructional design methodologies to develop interactive learning experiences: simulations, walkthroughs, quizzes, and assessments.* Align content with adult learning principles and best practices to maximize retention and performance.* Partner with SAP functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure training accurately reflects system functionality and operational processes.* Contribute to user readiness and adoption strategies during implementation and transformation efforts.* Maintain and organize learning libraries and repositories; ensure documentation is current and accessible.* Continuously improve learning materials based on user feedback, metrics, and system Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in In
