_Palazzo Margherita’s Family is growing up!_
- We are increasing our Front Desk & Reservations Department for the current opening season._
- **The Position**_
- At Palazzo Margherita, guests are assisted in all their needs, from booking to check-in, from their stay to check-out. Our aim is twofold: to convey the sense of warm hospitality and familiarity typical of our land; to make the guests feel as if they are at home. To achieve these results, we offer a highly customized stay, based on the guests' expectations and preferences._
- As a front-office & reservation agent, you will be the first point of contact between the guest and the property. You therefore have a strong attitude for interpersonal relationships and language skills, both in Italian and English, the knowledge of which is an essential requirement. You are a tidy, well-groomed and charming person, with attention to detail._
- To offer a 360-degree stay experience, you will also take care of concierge activities, such as organizing transfers, private tours, restaurant reservations,



as well as arranging tour packages that include various activities and excursions throughout the most interesting sites in Basilicata and Puglia._
- It is a very structured profile, which will provide you with multiple skills in the hospitality field._
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in 4* and/or 5* hotels is required. What also matters to us are your soft skills: your enthusiasm, commitment, flexibility (you will work on shifts and festive days) and your desire to grow professionally._
