- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in media agencies or similar roles
- Knowledge and experience of full funnel media planning, performance campaigns included
- Ability to lead the media related conversations when liaising with the marketing teams and the media agencies
- Fluency in Italian and English is required. You will be the point of reference from strategy to reporting for the full funnel management of the paid media budget of some of the iconic brands of the company. **A day in the life of the Media Lead**: - Drive the strategic directions of the full funnel integrated media campaigns to support the communication goals of the assigned brands
- Oversee and ensure efficient and effective media implementation avoiding dispersion and fragmentation
- Ensure proper tracking set up and campaigns review to drive significant learning and insights
- Accelerate data-driven decision-making leveraging intelligence and scaling insights
- Partner closely with the media agency team in day-to-day business, ensuring high quality and timely deliverables. **What Will Make You Successful?**
