**About the Role**
As a member of Coesia's Talent Acquisition team, you will take responsibility for recruiting and selecting both junior and senior profiles across various Coesia organizations.
Key responsibilities: - Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to gather and understand recruitment needs, managing related hiring projects.




- Developing sourcing and selection strategies based on the required profiles and identifying and activating the most suitable sourcing channels.
- Providing market insights and data to support recruitment decision-making processes.
- Ensuring the internal ATS is consistently updated with current recruitment data, in line with group guidelines and GDPR compliance. **What you need to be successful**
- You hold a university degree
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within large industrial companies or international headhunting firms
- You are curious and passionate
- You have excellent communication skills and you can interact with stakeholders at different organizational levels
- You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering tasks accurately and on time
- You are a team player
- You are fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in Spanish or French is an advantage. Job Reference: CS00191
