Leica Microsystems, part of the Danaher family, invites applications for a Customer Service Advocate to be based on-site in Milano. You will interface with customers, field service, and internal teams, ensuring timely service execution and optimal resource use to maximize customer satisfaction.
The role requires experience in customer-facing environments and proficiency in Italian, English, Portuguese, and Spanish. SAP/SFDC familiarity is a plus; on-site work in Milano is expected.
