**MISSION**:
Work in close relation to internal business partners, supporting them to collect and prioritize business needs and translate business requirements to IT requirements on Service and Sales processes (namely: Opportunity, Quotations, Cases, Work Orders). He/she is autonomous in conducting projects to implement business requirements in systems and services. He/she also actively participates in solution design, by collecting and formalizing business requirements and ensure that the outcome is in line with internal client expectations. **KEY ACTIVITIES**: - Gather business requirements and evaluate the most appropriate solution in Sales and Distribution domain
- Develop solid relations with internal clients and actively involve them in validating solutions
- Ensure Change phases (build, test, deploy) are managed along the process according to defined internal procedures and practices
- Define and/or validate the Application deployment project plan, monitor milestones and timing
- Make sure that project deliverables are issued within expected levels of quality and on-time




- Anticipate criticalities and alert relevant interlocutors to avoid delays or misalignments in deliverables
- Coordinate external partners involved in project phases, making sure a high and consistent quality of service is delivered
- Translate Business needs in functional requirements and propose solutions to be implemented
- Ensure the level of documentation provided is in line with internal quality standards
- Escalate critical topics as soon as they are identified
- Liaise with internal colleagues, both in Italian and Indian Competency Centers, by making sure that needs and requirements are properly addressed
- Lead and actively participate to Projects Test, Training and Deploy phases **REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Economics
- Query reporting tools (Excel, Access, Tableau, PowerBI,)
- Microsoft Office suite
- Project management methods and tools
- Agile methodology
- Fluent in English
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills Location: Calderara di Reno (BO)
