**Summary of job responsibilities** The main tasks will be the execution and recording of quality controls during material acceptance and during process control, and the management of non-conformities, analysis of causes and management of corrective and preventive actions. He/she will be responsible for the calibration of plant control instruments and the execution of tests. He/she will give practical support to the Quality Manager in the validation of methods, machinery and processes, in audit activities and in the development and archiving of specific documentation. **Job Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Performing and recording Quality Controls during material acceptance and during process controls: assembly, commissioning, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), disassembly, packaging;
- Non-conformity management, analysis of causes and management of corrective and preventive actions;
- Calibration of plant control instruments and execution of tests;
- Monitoring of periodic calibration schedules;
- Supporting the Quality Manager in validation activities of methods, machinery and processes;
- Supporting the Quality Manager in internal audits, supplier audits and customer audits;
- Supporting the Quality Manager in the development, management and archiving of specific documentation. **Qualifications** **Education level**: High school diploma or above, Good English, no barriers to listening, speaking, reading and writing **Major**: experience in ISO 9001 certified companies,



preferably companies in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food & beverage sectors **work experience**:3 years or more in manufacturing/pharmaceutical/chemical/food & beverage establishments or related work experience **Skills**:
1. Proficient in Office 2. Familiar with quality control instruments 3. Knowledge of Non-conformity analysis 4. Familiar with regulations: Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP);
5. Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) **Other elements**:
1. Precise, reliable, honest and fair, with a good team spirit and good interpersonal communication 2. Good language skills 3. Ability to work conscientiously and attentively, to adapt to the changes of a growing company, to support the relevant manager as well as other departments 4. Be able to travel for at least one month per year **Use equipment**:
General office automation equipment (including computers, copiers, etc.) Specific instrumentation for quality control activities: hardness tester, roughness tester, paint thickness gauge, digital multimeter, signal generator, endoscope, UV lamp, electronic scale, KAYE.
