Megadyne is seeking a Manager / Team Leader to act as the technical expert for belt drive systems across the EMEA region. You will design solutions, manage engineering projects end-to-end, and promote engineered solutions to expand market impact.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong customer focus are essential. You will lead product development efforts, liaise with OEMs and distributors, and travel internationally to support customers and opportunities.
