- Initial public offerings Our customers are SMEs with sales generally between 10 and 100 million euros, in all business sectors (industry, services, software, media, telecoms, etc.).Over the past 10 years, our teams have carried out more than 300 transactions with private equity funds, industrial acquirers, as well as stock market operations **Tasks**:
As part of our team of 10 professionals, you will play an active role in deal origination and execution: - Preparation of sales pitches: - Identification of strategic targets / acquirers,
- Market research,
- Valuation (transactional multiples, stock market multiples, DCF...),
- Financial models (LBO, etc.)
- Support for mandate execution: - Drafting of information memorandum,




- Business plans,
- Preparation of dataroom,
- Follow-up of due diligence phase, etc. **Location** Wage of betwween 800 and 1200 euros a month **Profile required**
- Business, engineering or post-graduate degree;
- Solid financial and economic knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize **Job Type**: Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: €700.00 - €1,200.00 per month Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/Stage
