Job Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships, driving the adoption of genuine parts solutions, negotiating commercial agreements, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will act as a trusted partner to customers while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service and sustainable commercial results.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Increase customer loyalty and adoption of genuine spare parts across assigned key accounts.
- Identify and engage target customers to build strong commercial relationships and understand barriers to utilizing genuine parts through the dealer network versus independent aftermarket channels.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and establish service level agreements with customers to support aftersales business growth.
- Negotiate wholesale parts agreements with customers operating their own workshop and bodyshop networks.
- Oversee the implementation and signing of commercial and service agreements.
- Monitor account performance and business growth following the implementation of agreements.
